Damaged, Defective, or Missing Products

If your product arrives damaged due to manufacturing defects, we will fix or replace your product at no cost to you. If your product is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving the product or if any part of your order was not delivered. 

If your product arrives damaged due to a shipping company's mishandling, your shipment is insured by that carrier, and we will do our best to expedite the claim and rectify the situation. Because claims need time, we may need to send new replacement booths/parts first to save time for most cases.

Warranty Information

Nearly all of our products carry a limited one-year warranty. Please check the product description of the specific product for more detailed information about the returns policy and/or warranty information for that product. Please note that photos of the items in question are required unless otherwise stated by HappybearDisplays.

Other Returns and Exchanges

There is a 30% restocking fee for returned items that are not damaged. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs and the restocking fee unless the product is damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days if you intend to return any item to us. Many of our items are not eligible for this return policy, such as custom-printed graphics or made-to-order exhibits. Items returned to us after 7 days will not be accepted.
