a product and place the order online directly or fill the
contact form to send the order. Step 2: Send us artwork.
We will check the artwork quality, dimension, etc for you.
Step3: When artwork is confirmed, we will send you an official
invoice. When we receive payment, tracking number normally
will be available in 24-48 hours based on the job.

Can I get a proof before placing an order? |

Yes, we can print a physical sample, based
on the material you preferred with your own artwork.
Customers can preview the printing quality and color
before final order. This service is $15 and turnaround
time 3-4 days. |

Yes, we consider the job size when we you request a custom quote for your project.
Normally the order over $1000
will get around %8 discount, or free shipping. Please send

type of artwork do you accept? |

We accept artwork in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe
Illustrator , CorelDraw , (PDF, PSD, AI, EPS, etc) or TIFF
format (no lower than 72DPI,
100 or 150 DPI is
preferred).

Can you design the artwork for
me? |

Yes, we have lots of experience for
tradeshow designing. Please contact us and you also can
send us your logo, photos, texts if you wish to use
them on the artwork. You can find more information on our design

Artwork need to be confirmed
before ordering? |
|
It's better to confirm artwork quality, dimension
to reach the requirement to secure the satisfied
printing result. So confirming the artwork before clients
send the payment or place the final order is required. |
